COMPASSION

Our Compassion Ministries are compelled by the love of Jesus to equip and empower the church to help improve the lives of those within our local and global community.  Below are descriptions of our Compassion Ministries…(contact Pastor Dan if you are interested in serving with these ministries or if you would like to have more information).

WORLD

Lincoln Heights values world missions and helps to spread the love of God throughout the world by being a part of something larger than our surrounding area. By supporting ministries around the world Lincoln Heights believes in the future. Lincoln Heights supports Bible translation, encouragement to our military, and helping educate children. Lincoln Heights supports efforts in Africa, Germany and India on a regular basis.

LOCAL

Lincoln Heights is compassionate toward local individuals and organizations that need a helping hand. It's not uncommon to find Lincoln Heights believers to be in the community giving back on a regular basis. There are plenty of opportunities to show how much we care. Lending a helping hand, delivering much needed clothing or food items and extending a listening ear to someone who is hurting are ways to give back to our local community. 

PRAYER

Jesus taught about prayer and Lincoln Heights believes in prayer. There are several groups that meet for intercessory prayer, times of healing and times of dedicating our work to the Lord. Prayer takes our human interests and desires to a new level by asking God to intervene.
