WEEKEND EXPERIENCE

Our Weekend Experience ministries seek to create an environment where all people can experience the transforming power of God wherever they are at on their spiritual journey.  We have 5 Ministry teams under the Weekend Experience umbrella…read through the descriptions below, and contact Pastor Brian if you are interested in serving on of these ministry teams.

WORSHIP TEAM

This ministry team prepares and empowers our people to encounter God in a meaningful way each Sunday through music and various other elements.  If you are a skilled musician or vocalist, consider being a part of the Worship Team.  An audition is required for all musicians and vocalists desiring to serve on this team.

The next audition date will be Saturday, February 18th. If you would like to be included in the audition, please fill out this application.
Application deadline is Sunday, February 12th.

WELCOME TEAM

If you are great with people and enjoy meeting and making others feel welcome, consider serving on the Welcome Team.  Team members are the first contact our guests have with the people of LHCC and, in some cases, the Church as a whole.  This team is the instrumental first step in presenting Christ, His church and His people in a positive and enriching way to everyone in attendance on Sunday.

AV TEAM

A worship environment free from distractions is critical to facilitating a meaningful worship experience.  As a member of the AV Team, you will serve with the worship leaders to facilitate that experience.  Members of the AV Team ensure that the technical aspects of the worship services are delivered sharply, timely, and with excellence.  Members of this team can serve in the areas of Sound, Lighting, or Multimedia Presentation. Training sessions will be provided for those interested in this integral ministry team.

OPERATIONS TEAM ("Ops Team")

The Ops Team is one of the most critical teams for LHCC's Sunday gatherings. This team oversees and carries out the set up and tear down of equipment, signs, tents, etc., to make sure our facility is ready to go.

RESPONSE TEAMS

Our two Response Teams (Medical & Security) help to provide a secure and safe environment for children and adults who attend worship services & special functions at Lincoln Heights Christian Church. Members of this team are called upon to be aware, well trained, and ready to respond in the event of an emergency situation.
